Metal seal to prevent leaks The Hi-Gear HG9043 is designed to repair leaks in seals, cylinder head and block, radiators. Can be used with antifreeze or water. Reliably prevents antifreeze (antifreeze) from leaking through the head gasket. Particularly effective in the event of an additional seal leak (switching the engine to petrol 76).

The composition, together with the coolant, reaches the point of leakage (crack), forming a metal-ceramic stopper, which expands as it polymerizes. The flow stops. Due to the thermal insulation coefficient close to metals and a certain flexibility of ceramic fibers, it provides long-term repairs. Open the heater tap.  

Start and warm the engine with the radiator cap open.  

Stop the engine.  

It is recommended to remove the spark plug from the cylinder with a crack in the combustion chamber.  

Start the engine and after thorough mixing, pour the product into the radiator (open the package away from the face).  

Add antifreeze (antifreeze) to the norm.  

Close the radiator cap and let the engine idle for 10 to 15 minutes.  

Leaks must stop a few minutes after the engine has reached operating temperature.  

The agent can stay in the cooling system indefinitely and prevent further leaks.  

It is recommended to pre-treat the contaminated cooling system (antifreeze (antifreeze) has become colorless or brownish) with rinsing - HG9014, HG9017.  

This composition package is designed for cooling systems up to 22 liters.
